Exciting changes have happened since the inception of Cool Concession’s in the late ’90s. Spending 35 years in retail, gave my partner Don and I incentive to become the “boss” and put our vision in action to create a successful carnie business. Initially, we brought on the sweets with a funnel cake trailer and a small fleet of Good Humor ice cream trucks.

 

Our business evolved into various additions of food items and ultimately began catering events along with festivals. Don sought the life Luxury in Florida making that dream come true with retirement in 2012. The last brilliant hoorah with this dynamic duo founded Curbside Creations Food Truck.

 

Billy continues to master the menu of Curbside Creations, providing Richmond with tasty foods and a comedian crew to make you smile. Curbside Creations won the prestigious 2018 & 2019 “Richmond’s Best Food Truck” award. You can find Billy and his team at popular Richmond festivals throughout the year.
